We want you to be happy with your prints so if you find any problems with your order please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your prints to let us know – [email protected]
As each print is produced to order we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless damaged during delivery.
If your prints arrive damaged, please email [email protected] within 7 days with a brief explanation of the problem and photo evidence. Returns may require the damaged prints to be sent back to the print studio for further verification before a refund or replacement print is sent out.
