True to its name, Hotel JAL City Tokyo Toyosu sits right in the heart of the Toyosu waterfront district – an area that has grown increasingly popular with visitors in recent years thanks to the introduction of the interactive art museum teamLab Planets and the successor to the famed Tsukiji fish market, Toyosu Fish Market. But despite being so close to these major sights, the hotel still feels pleasantly removed from busier areas of Tokyo, largely thanks to Tokyo Bay that separates Toyosu.

That said, Toyosu remains exceptionally well-connected. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Toyosu Station, which has a direct line to Ginza in under 20 minutes. There are also convenient limousine bus services from Haneda and Narita Airport, making arrivals and departures a breeze.
